Non – Executive Chairman

Mr Bowen is a partner of the national law firm Thomson Geer. He practices primarily corporate, commercial and securities law with over 40 years of experience and emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and resources.

Mr Bowen holds a Bachelor of Laws, Jurisprudence and Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He has been admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia since 1979 and is also admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Australian Society of Accountants.

Mr Bowen is regularly engaged to advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, re-constructions, risk management, due diligence and general commercial and corporate law. His clients operate in a range of sectors, including property, resources, technology, contracting and construction.

Mr Bowen has been a non-executive director of several ASX-listed companies and is currently non-executive director of Genesis Minerals Limited (ASX:GMD) and Emerald Resources Ltd (ASX:EMR).

Managing Director

Mr Bittar is an accomplished capital markets/finance and resource industry executive with 25 years of experience.  Mr Bittar brings extensive experience from positions held across investment banking, metals and mining and energy companies in relation to funding, exploration, M&A, project evaluation and project development studies.

Mr Bittar is currently a Non-Executive Director of Horizon Oil (ASX: HZN) and holds an Economics (BEc) degree and Law (LLB) degree from the University of Sydney and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.

Ms Heywood is an experienced non-executive director, audit and risk committee, and people and remuneration committee chair, with broad general management experience gained through an international career in the mining sector, including 10 years with the Rio Tinto Copper Group. Her experience includes strategic marketing, business finance and compliance and she has led organisational restructures, mergers, acquisitions and disposals at both the executive and board level. Additionally, she has significant experience in complex cross-cultural negotiations and stakeholder relationships management, including governments and investment partners and leadership expertise in China, Japan, Mongolia, Singapore and South America.

Ms Heywood currently serves as a non-executive director of Deterra Royalties (ASX: DRR), MAC Copper Limited (NYSE: MTAL, ASX: MAC), and Snowy Hydro Limited. Ms Heywood previously served as a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Arcadium Lithium, prior to its acquisition by Rio Tinto.

Ms Heywood received a Medal of the Order of Australia in 2021 and was named 2019 NSW Business Woman of the Year. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), an Executive MBA (Melbourne Business School) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and CPA Australia (FCPA).

Mr Hay is a high achieving minerals professional with extensive management and technical experience built up over a career spanning 30 years in Australia and internationally. He is currently Executive Chairman of Leo Lithium Ltd (ASX:LLL). Leo Lithium has recently sold its interests in the Goulamina Lithium Project in Mali for gross proceeds of US$343 million, after successful development and construction of the project through to the commissioning and early operational phase.

Mr Hay was formerly non-executive Chair of Battery Future Acquisition Corp.

From July 2019 to November 2021, he was CEO of Galaxy Resources, an ASX listed lithium producer and developer until merging with Orocobre to create a A$5Bn, top 5 global lithium producer. Under his leadership, Galaxy’s hard rock spodumene mine in Western Australia achieved consistent and record production rates, the company’s Sal de Vida project, a tier one lithium brine deposit in Argentina, progressed from feasibility through a piloting phase and to FID and the company also advanced its James Bay hard-rock lithium project in Quebec, Canada to the engineering phase.

Prior to this, as Head of Resource Development for Iluka Resources Limited, Mr Hay was responsible for exploration and geology, mine planning and development, major projects and engineering, technology and innovation functions for Iluka’s portfolio of projects. This included building two mineral sands concentrators in Sierra Leone, West Africa, managing a capital budget of A$300 million per annum and a workforce of approximately 200 people.

Hayden has extensive managerial, commercial, corporate/business development and legal experience across the mining industry working across CFO, General Counsel, Business and Corporate Development, Commercial and Company Secretary roles.

Chief Operating Officer

Michael is a qualified Mining Engineer whose previous roles include leading Murray & Roberts’s global mining engineering and construction business as CEO, as well as Executive Vice President at Lonmin Plc and a member of the Executive Committee responsible for technical services and projects. He has significant operational experience, including managing Lonmin’s Karee Operations, and project execution experience through management roles at two of Anglo Platinum’s projects – Twickenham and Modikwa. Michael has a Mining Engineering degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from Wits Business School.

Group Manager Corporate Development and Investor Relations

Martin is a CFA Charterholder with +25 years in metals and mining, investment banking and consulting globally including Australia and Africa. Experience includes corporate and project development, equity research (sell side), strategic planning and negotiating and directing JVs.

Kayelekera Project Director – Execution

Warren is an Engineer with 25 years of experience, specialising in the client-side project management of the engineering, design, procurement and construction of mineral processing plants and mine infrastructure (including various gas power solutions and solar). He has worked in Africa, Indonesia and Australia and holds both a Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical) and a Bachelor of Laws degree. He has implemented and managed various project execution models (such as EPC, EPCM, and EP with owner managed construction).

General Manager Kayelekera

Asareh is a qualified Mining Engineer and Geologist with a track record spanning 18 years. Her proficiency encompasses exploration, project development, project start up, production optimization, M&A, reserve estimation, asset evaluation, and sustainability practices across diverse minerals and resources, including gold, copper, iron ore, cobalt, lithium and REE.

Throughout her distinguished career, she has consistently demonstrated a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of African mining landscapes. Asareh’s ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams is a cornerstone of her success.

Asareh is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Commissioning and Metallurgy

John is a metallurgist with extensive operational and technical experience including as Technology Manager for Uranium at BHP. His project development experience includes Process Manager for Toro Energy, Senior Metallurgist at GR Engineering Services, and Study Manager and Principal Process Engineer at DRA Global

Processing Manager

Reinhardt is a seasoned Metallurgical Engineer with 25 years of international experience in plant operations, hydrometallurgical processing and transformation initiatives. He has previously held key leadership roles with Glencore, BHP (Olympic Dam) and Nyrstar.

Mining Manager

Philip is a seasoned civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in major civil and mining projects, specialising in startup operations and contractor management, with extensive mining expertise across Africa.

Sales and Marketing Executive

Robert is based in the United States and has over 30 years’ experience working as a Nuclear Fuel Consultant. During this time, he has advised a number of major US utilities in the procurement of nuclear fuels and worked with a wide range of producers in securing offtake agreements. During his career, Robert has overseen the sale of over 60Mlbs of uranium from producers and been responsible for the purchase of over US$100M annually of U3O8, conversion and enrichment for utiltities. Robert received his PhD and Masters in Geology from Harvard University before becoming a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow for the US Department of Energy (previously ERDA) also at Harvard University.
